Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on eminelcode.com. By placing an order, you accept them. Last updated: 31 October 2026.

1. Seller

2. Products

We sell clothing and accessories. Each product page describes the item's main characteristics (material when known, measurements, colours, sizes). Photos are as close to the item as possible; small differences in colour can come from your screen. A "Look" is a set of pieces sold together; each piece is shipped and can be returned as its own item.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR); prices in another currency are a conversion for information, and the currency of your payment is shown at checkout. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Delivery costs, if any, are added at checkout and shown before you pay. For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you confirm your order.

4. Offers and free gifts

Offers shown on the site (for example a free gift from a certain number of pieces) apply automatically at checkout while they are displayed. A free gift has no cash value. If you return items, you keep the gift and its value is never taken off your refund.

5. Ordering

You choose your items, check your basket, enter your details, then confirm and pay. Your order is final once payment is accepted. We send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of a payment problem or an obvious pricing error; you are then fully refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify's secure checkout, by the methods shown at checkout (for example bank card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna). We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver worldwide with tracked delivery. Preparation times, delivery times, prices by zone and what happens with damaged or lost parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived 30 days after the latest estimated date, you may ask to cancel it and be refunded in full.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days for every customer. To use it, email support@eminelcode.com with your order number (you may also use the model form below). Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused, with their tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We refund all payments received for the returned items, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your request, using your original payment method; we may wait until we receive the items or proof that you sent them. Model withdrawal form: "To ÉMINEL CODE, 4 rue Claude Bonnier, 33000 Bordeaux, France, support@eminelcode.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity you may ask for the item to be repaired or replaced, or, if that is not possible, for a price reduction or a refund. To use these guarantees, email support@eminelcode.com with your order number and a photo.

10. Personal data

Your data is used to process your order and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@eminelcode.com; we reply within 24 hours and will look for a friendly solution. If no solution is found, the competent courts are those provided by law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
