Refund policy
30-day returns, Looks included. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any item, for any reason.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their tags and original packaging.
- Please keep your order number as proof of purchase.
How to return an item
- Email us at support@eminelcode.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item(s) back with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost.
Returning a Look
Each piece of a Look appears as its own line on your order. You can return the complete Look or only some pieces; you are refunded the amount shown on your order for the pieces you return.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days at support@eminelcode.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item you have and place a new order for the size you need.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy extends this right. To use it, simply send us a clear statement by email at support@eminelcode.com. We will refund all payments received for the returned items, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back or you have sent proof that you shipped them.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
