Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders with several pieces
Looks and multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately; once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, email us at support@eminelcode.com and we will make it right.
